After several boat tours with Kempower crew members, boat enthusiasts attending the Annapolis Boat show in Maryland this past week championed <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/marine\/\">Kempower\u2019s EV marine chargers<\/a> as a key component to navigating in a sustainable and safe manner.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cDuring the boat show this month we were able to network with a host of owner\/operators, manufacturers, marine-focused Engineering, procurement, &amp; construction companies (EPCs), and service providers to discuss our marine DC charging offerings, many of whom said the uptime and small footprint of Kempower chargers are key components to safe and climate friendly boating,\u201d said Joshua Mueller Business Development Manager, Central, Kempower.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our EV charging systems are ideal for all floating pontoon piers and docks in need of <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/dynamic-power-for-public-ev-charging-sites\/\">dynamic<\/a>\u202ffunctionality:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Marinas &amp; Harbors&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vessel Manufacturers&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Commercial Vessels&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/solution\/kempower-satellite\/\">dynamic Kempower Satellite charging system<\/a> on display at the annual boat show, demonstrated how power can be distributed between both electric vehicles and electric vessels, increasing the return on investment per plug; diversifying the scale for overnight, destination and on-the-move megawatt charging.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">At a closer look, boat operators were also able to see our featured galvanically-isolated DC supply, which helps to prevent corrosion failures often seen due to climate fluctuations at marinas and harbors.&nbsp;<br>&nbsp;<br>\u201cSafe, scalable, serviceable DC chargers are crucial in the growth of maritime infrastructure across Canada and the USA,\u201d said Sofia Lerm, Business Development, Candela.\u202f\u201cAs an example, Kempower\u2019s technology was essential in Candela\u2019s execution of the world-record-breaking 420NM, done over just 24 hours!\u202fThe endurance record\u202fproves\u202fthat\u202flong-range, high speeds\u202fare feasible for\u202felectric\u202fmaritime transportation.
