With closer collaboration, alignment on processes and communication has naturally taken on a larger role. When a charging station encounters an issue, SWTCH\u2019s support team serves as the first point of contact. From there, they communicate directly with Kempower to ensure the correct part is sent to the local electrical contractor. As a result, clear communication and high response times help minimize downtime and keep stations operational.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For SWTCH, responsiveness is therefore highly valuable. As Brandon puts it: <strong><em>\u201cWhat matters most to me is my customer&#8217;s feeling like they that are valued and taken care of.\u201d<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Consequently, reliable follow-up, practical coordination, and strong parts and labor warranty coverage all contribute to delivering that experience consistently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-flexible-power-and-long-term-value\"><strong>Flexible power and long-term value<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>As SWTCH has expanded its collaboration with Kempower, flexibility in power delivery has become increasingly important. In particular, Brandon highlighted excitement around solutions that can scale in power, reflecting the need to adapt charging capacity to different site requirements.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Importantly, not every location requires the same level of power. While some sites benefit from moderate output, others require higher capacity as utilization grows. Therefore, the ability to scale supports SWTCH in aligning infrastructure with real-world demand rather than overbuilding from the start. At the same time, this flexibility allows customers to deploy solutions that fit today\u2019s needs while maintaining room for future expansion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Moreover, in a market where uptime directly affects customer satisfaction and site performance, dependable equipment plays a central role in protecting long-term value. When scalable hardware is combined with strong coordination and responsive support, charging infrastructure is not only installed, it is positioned to remain reliable as customer needs evolve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-sustainability-with-financial-relevance\"><strong>Sustainability with financial relevance<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Beyond operational performance, sustainability is also an important consideration. Brandon highlights that greenhouse gas savings and Low Carbon Fuel Standard (LCFS) credits represent meaningful opportunities for customers across North America. LCFS credits can return financial value to customers while supporting emissions reductions, strengthening the overall business case for electrification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Strong communication and practical collaboration between teams ensure that charging infrastructure is not only installed, but supported throughout its lifecycle. Timely responses and coordinated action help reduce downtime and reinforce SWTCH\u2019s ability to deliver dependable charging solutions to its customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As EV infrastructure continues to scale, partnerships grounded in reliability and clear communication will define long-term success.
