On ne se demande plus si les poids lourds \u00e9lectriques sont viables ; ils sortent d\u00e9j\u00e0 des cha\u00eenes de production et envahissent les autoroutes europ\u00e9ennes en nombre record. Cependant, \u00e0 mesure que l\u2019offre de v\u00e9hicules se d\u00e9veloppe, le principal obstacle \u00e0 la transition se situe d\u00e9sormais clairement au niveau des infrastructures de recharge. Pour maintenir cette dynamique, les exploitants de flottes et les responsables des achats (CPO) doivent trouver un \u00e9quilibre entre des objectifs d\u2019\u00e9lectrification ambitieux \u00e0 long terme et des strat\u00e9gies op\u00e9rationnelles imm\u00e9diates et extr\u00eamement flexibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La dynamique du march\u00e9 se heurte aux goulots d\u2019\u00e9tranglement des infrastructures<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les derniers chiffres du march\u00e9 pour le premier semestre 2026 dressent un tableau saisissant, bien que complexe. Malgr\u00e9 des difficult\u00e9s g\u00e9opolitiques persistantes, le secteur europ\u00e9en des v\u00e9hicules utilitaires a fait preuve d\u2019une r\u00e9silience impressionnante. Les immatriculations de camions neufs dans l\u2019UE ont augment\u00e9 de 9,8 % pour atteindre pr\u00e8s de 172 000 unit\u00e9s, principalement gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 une hausse de 11,1 % des camions lourds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Il est essentiel de noter que l\u2019adoption des technologies z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission s\u2019acc\u00e9l\u00e8re. Les immatriculations de camions rechargeables ont augment\u00e9 de 47,7 % au premier semestre 2026, atteignant une part de march\u00e9 de 4,8 %. Cette expansion est fortement concentr\u00e9e sur trois march\u00e9s, \u00e0 savoir l\u2019Allemagne (+88,5 %), les Pays-Bas (+44,5 %) et la France (+43,7 %), qui repr\u00e9sentent 74 % de l\u2019ensemble des immatriculations de camions \u00e9lectriques dans l\u2019UE.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si ces chiffres d\u00e9montrent que les gestionnaires de flottes sont pr\u00eats \u00e0 passer \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9lectrique, l\u2019adoption globale par le march\u00e9 reste toutefois en de\u00e7\u00e0 de la trajectoire requise par les objectifs climatiques. La principale contrainte n\u2019est plus la technologie des v\u00e9hicules, mais les conditions n\u00e9cessaires \u00e0 leur d\u00e9ploiement \u2013 notamment la rapidit\u00e9 et l\u2019accessibilit\u00e9 des infrastructures de recharge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le paradoxe des subventions : une forte demande face \u00e0 des blocages bureaucratiques<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les arguments \u00e9conomiques en faveur des camions \u00e9lectriques sont plus solides que jamais. La hausse des prix du diesel et les exon\u00e9rations de p\u00e9age avantageuses accord\u00e9es aux v\u00e9hicules z\u00e9ro \u00e9mission sur les principaux axes de transit font converger le co\u00fbt total de possession (TCO) vers la parit\u00e9 plus rapidement que pr\u00e9vu. Pour un secteur \u00e0 faibles marges comme la logistique, ces \u00e9conomies op\u00e9rationnelles sont r\u00e9volutionnaires.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Cependant, le secteur est actuellement confront\u00e9 \u00e0 un v\u00e9ritable \u00ab paradoxe des subventions \u00bb. Si les subventions publiques sont indispensables pour compenser les d\u00e9penses d&rsquo;investissement initiales, leur mise en \u0153uvre administrative a souvent pour effet, sans le vouloir, de paralyser l&rsquo;activit\u00e9 du march\u00e9.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Un exemple frappant de cette dynamique s&rsquo;est r\u00e9cemment produit en Allemagne. Le minist\u00e8re f\u00e9d\u00e9ral allemand des Transports a lanc\u00e9 trois appels \u00e0 projets majeurs, pour un montant total d&rsquo;environ 300 millions d&rsquo;euros, dans le cadre d&rsquo;une initiative plus large consacr\u00e9e \u00e0 la recharge, dot\u00e9e d&rsquo;un budget d&rsquo;un milliard d&rsquo;euros sur quatre ans. La r\u00e9action du march\u00e9 a \u00e9t\u00e9 impressionnante, r\u00e9v\u00e9lant un immense potentiel sous-jacent. Les trois appels \u00e0 projets ont tous \u00e9t\u00e9 largement sursouscrits.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Si cela prouve que les entreprises de transport r\u00e9clament activement l\u2019\u00e9lectrification, cela met \u00e9galement en \u00e9vidence l\u2019inconv\u00e9nient de la d\u00e9pendance vis-\u00e0-vis des subventions. De nombreux op\u00e9rateurs se retrouvent d\u00e9sormais dans l\u2019incertitude, ce qui retarde le d\u00e9veloppement de leurs sites, car ils attendent soit la notification d\u2019octroi de la subvention, soit, s\u2019ils n\u2019ont rien obtenu, le prochain cycle de financement. Pour \u00e9viter de paralyser leurs progr\u00e8s op\u00e9rationnels, les entreprises de transport ne peuvent pas se permettre de compter uniquement sur les aides publiques ; elles doivent concevoir des mod\u00e8les \u00e9conomiques viables financi\u00e8rement par eux-m\u00eames.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Le partage des bornes de recharge dans les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts et l\u2019imp\u00e9ratif d\u2019utilisation<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La mise en place de r\u00e9seaux complets de bornes de recharge routi\u00e8res accessibles au public est essentielle, mais il faudra du temps pour atteindre une couverture optimale. Dans l\u2019intervalle, la recharge dans les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts priv\u00e9s et semi-priv\u00e9s doit constituer l\u2019\u00e9pine dorsale du transport \u00e9lectrique lourd, avec le soutien des CPO qui adoptent \u00e9galement la recharge publique des camions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Ensemble, les d\u00e9p\u00f4ts priv\u00e9s et les bornes de recharge publiques pour camions \u00e9lectriques peuvent se connecter pour former un r\u00e9seau couvrant toute la r\u00e9gion. La mise en place d\u2019un tel r\u00e9seau est bien plus qu\u2019une simple n\u00e9cessit\u00e9 pour permettre la transition vers les camions \u00e9lectriques ; elle pr\u00e9sente en effet un int\u00e9r\u00eat financier pour les exploitants lorsqu\u2019ils mettent en \u0153uvre une infrastructure de recharge flexible et \u00e0 fort taux d\u2019utilisation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">En mati\u00e8re d\u2019infrastructures de d\u00e9p\u00f4t, le taux d\u2019utilisation du site est l\u2019indicateur cl\u00e9 qui d\u00e9termine le retour sur investissement. Une station de recharge haute puissance qui reste inactive pendant la nuit ou pendant les p\u00e9riodes creuses des op\u00e9rations logistiques repr\u00e9sente un capital immobilis\u00e9. Pour rem\u00e9dier \u00e0 cela, des op\u00e9rateurs pionniers transforment leurs d\u00e9p\u00f4ts en centres multi-utilisateurs : ils rechargent leurs propres flottes tout en mettant leur capacit\u00e9 exc\u00e9dentaire \u00e0 la disposition d\u2019entreprises de transport externes. Cette strat\u00e9gie, qui s\u2019ajoute aux co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation d\u00e9j\u00e0 inf\u00e9rieurs des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts par rapport aux bornes de recharge publiques, garantit un faible co\u00fbt total de possession aux propri\u00e9taires de d\u00e9p\u00f4ts.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Pour optimiser l&rsquo;utilisation des sites, il faut disposer d&rsquo;un mat\u00e9riel capable de s&rsquo;adapter \u00e0 une composition de flotte en constante \u00e9volution. Actuellement, le secteur recherche des solutions provisoires permettant d&rsquo;offrir une puissance plus \u00e9lev\u00e9e, telles que la recharge CCS \u00ab \u00e0 double connecteur \u00bb (utilisant simultan\u00e9ment deux connecteurs CCS2 sur un m\u00eame v\u00e9hicule), une m\u00e9thode qui gagne du terrain sur des march\u00e9s comme la Chine.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Toutefois, pour une v\u00e9ritable efficacit\u00e9 sur les longs trajets et le transport de marchandises lourdes, le \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/fr\/solution\/kempower-megawatt-charging-system\/\">Megawatt Charging System \u00bb (MCS)<\/a> reste la solution ultime. Capable de fournir plus d\u2019un MW de puissance via un seul connecteur, le MCS permet aux poids lourds de se recharger compl\u00e8tement pendant les courts temps d\u2019arr\u00eat et les pauses obligatoires des conducteurs, et offre des avantages par rapport au CCS, tels qu\u2019un emplacement standardis\u00e9 de la prise sur le v\u00e9hicule.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Le point de basculement pour le MCS est d\u00e9j\u00e0 catalys\u00e9 par deux \u00e9volutions transatlantiques : d\u2019une part, les op\u00e9rateurs am\u00e9ricains se pr\u00e9parent \u00e0 la mise en place de corridors de transport d\u2019\u00e9lectricit\u00e9 \u00e0 longue distance de l\u2019ordre du m\u00e9gawatt ; d\u2019autre part, des d\u00e9ploiements europ\u00e9ens pionniers d\u00e9montrent comment le MCS peut coexister d\u00e8s aujourd\u2019hui avec les normes CCS actuelles. Le \u00ab <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/fr\/solution\/kempower-mega-satellite-flex\/\">Kempower Mega Satellite Flex<\/a> \u00bb, qui int\u00e8gre \u00e0 la fois les normes MCS et CCS, en est la parfaite illustration : il offre aux exploitants de flottes et aux CPO une solution extr\u00eamement flexible qui garantit une utilisation optimale des sites pendant la transition vers le MCS.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Concr\u00e9tiser l&rsquo;\u00e9lectrification des d\u00e9p\u00f4ts<br\/><\/strong>Au d\u00e9p\u00f4t d&rsquo;Alfredsson Transport \u00e0 Norrk\u00f6ping, le propri\u00e9taire Erik Alfredsson a mis en place un site con\u00e7u pour un double usage : desservir sa propre flotte tout en ouvrant une station de recharge publique d&rsquo;une puissance d&rsquo;un m\u00e9gawatt destin\u00e9e aux transporteurs externes traversant la Su\u00e8de. Aliment\u00e9 par plusieurs <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/fr\/solution\/kempower-power-unit\/\">Kempower Power Units<\/a> d\u2019une puissance totale de 2,4 MW et dot\u00e9 d\u2019une architecture de recharge distribu\u00e9e, le site a r\u00e9alis\u00e9 l\u2019une des premi\u00e8res sessions MCS publiques du secteur en utilisant le protocole de communication MCS officiel.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Au cours de la session, le site a r\u00e9parti de mani\u00e8re dynamique la puissance entre deux camions simultan\u00e9ment, fournissant une puissance de pointe de 728 kW (\u00e0 1 000 A) \u00e0 un camion Scania \u00e9quip\u00e9 du syst\u00e8me Kempower MCS via un <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/fr\/solution\/kempower-mega-satellite\/\">Kempower Mega Satellite<\/a>, tout en rechargeant simultan\u00e9ment un deuxi\u00e8me camion via le standard CCS, atteignant ainsi une puissance combin\u00e9e de 864 kW. Gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 un logiciel de gestion intelligent (tel que <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/fr\/solution\/chargeye-pour-les-depots-de-flottes-dautobus-et-de-camions-electriques\/\">ChargEye), les op\u00e9rateurs peuvent donner la priorit\u00e9 aux camions longue distance \u00e9quip\u00e9s du syst\u00e8me Kempower MCS<\/a> afin de garantir une recharge compl\u00e8te pendant les pauses de 45 minutes, sans pour autant priver les v\u00e9hicules CCS de ce service.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Plut\u00f4t que d\u2019attendre des ann\u00e9es avant que des travaux co\u00fbteux de modernisation du r\u00e9seau ne soient r\u00e9alis\u00e9s, le d\u00e9p\u00f4t a int\u00e9gr\u00e9 un syst\u00e8me de stockage d\u2019\u00e9nergie par batterie (BESS) Polarium d\u2019une puissance de 1,2 MW et un parc photovolta\u00efque de 400 kWc. Le logiciel de gestion de l\u2019\u00e9nergie de Kempower coordonne le r\u00e9seau, l\u2019installation solaire et le BESS afin de lisser les pics de demande co\u00fbteux, d\u2019optimiser la consommation d\u2019\u00e9nergie verte locale et m\u00eame de participer aux march\u00e9s \u00e9nerg\u00e9tiques locaux, ce qui permet de r\u00e9duire les co\u00fbts d\u2019exploitation tout en cr\u00e9ant de nouvelles sources de revenus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>La voie \u00e0 suivre<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">La transition vers le transport routier \u00e9lectrique passe d\u00e9sormais de la phase d&rsquo;essais pr\u00e9liminaires \u00e0 celle de la mise \u00e0 l&rsquo;\u00e9chelle commerciale. Cependant, comme le montrent les donn\u00e9es du premier semestre 2026 et les r\u00e9cents probl\u00e8mes de financement, le succ\u00e8s ne sera pas au rendez-vous pour ceux qui attendent passivement que les infrastructures publiques ou les subventions gouvernementales r\u00e9solvent tous les obstacles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Les gagnants de cette prochaine phase seront les op\u00e9rateurs qui sauront agir avec d\u00e9termination tout en faisant preuve de souplesse : en mettant en place d\u00e8s aujourd&rsquo;hui des infrastructures \u00e9volutives, en optimisant l&rsquo;utilisation des sites gr\u00e2ce \u00e0 des mod\u00e8les d&rsquo;acc\u00e8s partag\u00e9 et en d\u00e9ployant des syst\u00e8mes de recharge par\u00e9s pour l&rsquo;avenir, capables de faire le lien en toute fluidit\u00e9 entre les besoins actuels en mati\u00e8re de recharge et l&rsquo;\u00e8re des m\u00e9gawatts \u00e0 venir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<article class=\"card-writer d-flex flex-column
