Eftersom traditionella tunga lastbilar st\u00e5r f\u00f6r <a href=\"\" target=\"\" rel=\"\">mer \u00e4n 25% av de totala CO2-utsl\u00e4ppen fr\u00e5n v\u00e4gtransporter<\/a>, g\u00f6r deras h\u00e5llbarhetsmeriter elbilar till ett attraktivt alternativ till diesellastbilar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Eftersom eldrivna lastbilar kommer att bli n\u00e4sta stora steg i omst\u00e4llningen till eldrift m\u00e5ste CPO:er och vagnparks\u00e4gare b\u00f6rja f\u00f6rbereda sig redan nu genom att investera i framtidss\u00e4krade laddningsl\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r vagnparker. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att ladda lastbilsflottor \u00e4r dock en helt annan sak \u00e4n att ladda personbilar eller till och med andra stora fordon som bussar. Lastbilarnas storlek och typ av arbete inneb\u00e4r att de m\u00f6ter helt olika laddningsscenarier, vilket kr\u00e4ver nya l\u00f6sningar.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>I den h\u00e4r artikeln g\u00e5r vi igenom de viktigaste laddningsscenarierna f\u00f6r eldrivna lastbilar och f\u00f6rklarar hur Kempower har utvecklat l\u00f6sningar f\u00f6r att m\u00f6ta de utmaningar som v\u00e5ra kunder regelbundet st\u00e4lls inf\u00f6r i varje scenario. Vi g\u00e5r ocks\u00e5 djupare in p\u00e5 de extra f\u00f6rdelar som Kempower erbjuder j\u00e4mf\u00f6rt med konkurrenterna och ber\u00e4ttar om v\u00e5ra planer f\u00f6r framtidens lastbilsladdning.  <br\/><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vilka \u00e4r de olika scenarierna f\u00f6r laddning av elbilar?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kempower har identifierat tre huvudtyper av laddningsscenarier som tunga lastbilar sannolikt kommer att st\u00f6ta p\u00e5, och som alla kr\u00e4ver olika l\u00f6sningar. Dessa \u00e4r f\u00f6ljande:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Laddning <strong>\u00f6ver natten<\/strong> &#8211; det vanligaste laddningsscenariot f\u00f6r lastbilar. Laddning \u00f6ver natten sker i allm\u00e4nhet f\u00f6r lastbilar som k\u00f6r lokala och regionala resor under 6-8 timmar vid en lastbilsdep\u00e5 eller offentliga laddningsstationer f\u00f6r \u00f6vernattning, och kr\u00e4ver d\u00e4rf\u00f6r l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er av likstr\u00f6mseffekt p\u00e5 cirka 50-100 kW.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Destinationsladdning<\/strong> &#8211; ett scenario som \u00e4r specifikt f\u00f6r eldrivna lastbilar. Denna metod anv\u00e4nds vid distributionslager eller logistikcenter d\u00e4r lastbilar som har en l\u00e4ngre str\u00e4cka att k\u00f6ra \u00e4n vad deras r\u00e4ckvidd till\u00e5ter lossas eller lastas p\u00e5 jobbet. Korta laddningar med h\u00f6g effekt p\u00e5 mellan 150-400 kW beh\u00f6vs under dessa begr\u00e4nsade tomg\u00e5ngs- och lossningstider, som i genomsnitt \u00e4r mellan 30 minuter och tv\u00e5 timmar.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laddning<\/strong> under f\u00e4rd &#8211; dessa korta laddningssessioner varar i cirka 30-45 minuter (i linje med de lagstadgade vilopauserna f\u00f6r lastbilschauff\u00f6rer i Europa och Nordamerika) och sker vid lastbilsstopp och i stadsnoder p\u00e5 l\u00e5ngdistansrutter. I det h\u00e4r scenariot \u00e4r laddningsf\u00f6nstret ibland s\u00e5 kort att endast effekt p\u00e5 \u00f6ver en megawatt kommer att uppfylla kraven fr\u00e5n eldrivna lastbilar i framtiden.  <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Electric truck charging options - Overnight, Destination or On-the-move charging?\" width=\"1280\" height=\"720\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/80sE1NppgHw?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture; web-share\" referrerpolicy=\"strict-origin-when-cross-origin\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">\u00d6vervinna utrymmesproblem <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Str\u00f6m \u00e4r inte den enda faktorn att ta h\u00e4nsyn till n\u00e4r man v\u00e4ljer laddningsanl\u00e4ggning f\u00f6r lastbilar. N\u00e5got som f\u00f6renar alla scenarier \u00e4r bristen p\u00e5 utrymme. De flesta laddplatser f\u00f6r lastbilar byggdes inte ursprungligen med tanke p\u00e5 lastbilsladdning, vilket inneb\u00e4r att det ofta finns lite utrymme kvar f\u00f6r att bygga laddinfrastruktur. CPO:er eller vagnparks\u00e4gare ska inte beh\u00f6va kompromissa genom att offra andra faciliteter som parkeringsplatser f\u00f6r att f\u00e5 plats med laddare, och varje f\u00f6rlorad parkeringsplats inneb\u00e4r betydande ekonomiska f\u00f6rluster f\u00f6r operat\u00f6rerna. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r alla v\u00e5ra l\u00f6sningar \u00e4r utformade med tanke p\u00e5 att spara utrymme.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r platser med mycket begr\u00e4nsat utrymme, t.ex. logistikcenter eller lagerlokaler samt offentliga laddningsstationer f\u00f6r \u00f6vernattning, erbjuder vi Kempower Control Unit, som kan placeras p\u00e5 takportaler upp till 80 m fr\u00e5n str\u00f6mf\u00f6rs\u00f6rjningsenheten. Ett kabelhanteringssystem kan sedan f\u00e4stas f\u00f6r att distribuera laddare fr\u00e5n ovan, vilket sparar v\u00e4rdefullt utrymme p\u00e5 laddplatsen.  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r platser med lite mer tillg\u00e4ngligt utrymme erbjuder vi Kempower Satellite. Med ett fotavtryck som kan j\u00e4mf\u00f6ras med ett A4-papper och en laddningskabel p\u00e5 varje sida kan dessa laddare enkelt placeras mellan tv\u00e5 parkerade lastbilar, vilket inneb\u00e4r att minimalt utrymme tas upp och att laddarna inte st\u00f6r lastbilarnas man\u00f6vrering. Med en effekt p\u00e5 upp till 400 kW \u00e4r de v\u00e4l l\u00e4mpade f\u00f6r laddning \u00f6ver natten och destinationsladdning.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vi anv\u00e4nder multimodalitet f\u00f6r att framtidss\u00e4kra ditt erbjudande <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan f\u00f6rdel som Kempower erbjuder \u00e4r dynamisk kraftdelning mellan laddarna. Det inneb\u00e4r att str\u00f6mmen delas mellan flera Kempower-laddare f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rdela den optimala m\u00e4ngden str\u00f6m mellan alla fordon som laddas vid varje tidpunkt. Detta minimerar f\u00f6rarnas laddningstider och minskar sl\u00f6seriet med str\u00f6m vid tomg\u00e5ng, vilket g\u00f6r det mycket kostnadseffektivt f\u00f6r CPO:er. Kempowers l\u00f6sning f\u00f6r dynamisk kraftdelning minimerar dessutom driftstopp vid laddning eftersom kraften delas i steg om 25 kW. Vid ett eventuellt fel sker endast ett str\u00f6mavbrott p\u00e5 25 kW &#8211; n\u00e5got som \u00e4r unikt p\u00e5 marknaden och nyckeln till Kempowers laddares genomsnittliga drifttid p\u00e5 99 %.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dynamisk kraftdelning m\u00f6jligg\u00f6r ocks\u00e5 multimodalitet i v\u00e5rt laddningssystem. Effekten delas mellan alla dispensrar, oavsett typ, vilket inneb\u00e4r att vi kan \u00e4ndra v\u00e5ra laddare till att bli &#8221;m\u00f6jlighetsladdare&#8221; eller &#8221;\u00f6vernattningsladdare&#8221; beroende p\u00e5 scenariot. P\u00e5 en laddplats f\u00f6r lastbilar kan CPO:n till exempel erbjuda m\u00f6jlighetsladdning under dagen genom att tilldela h\u00f6ga effektniv\u00e5er till lastbilar som stannar till under en kort tid. P\u00e5 natten kan laddarna sedan programmeras f\u00f6r att erbjuda l\u00e5ga niv\u00e5er av likstr\u00f6m i ett offentligt laddningsscenario \u00f6ver natten. Genom att ge CPO:erna flexibiliteten att hantera flera olika laddningsscenarier beroende p\u00e5 efterfr\u00e5gan kan operat\u00f6rerna \u00f6ka sitt utnyttjande avsev\u00e4rt.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Och n\u00e4r flera fordon \u00e4r anslutna samtidigt f\u00f6rdelar v\u00e5rt dynamiska system energi mellan dispensrarna beroende p\u00e5 behov, vilket maximerar n\u00e4tanslutningen och energianv\u00e4ndningen. Det \u00e4r d\u00e4rf\u00f6r vi har lanserat v\u00e5rt <a href=\"\">megawattladdningssystem (MCS)<\/a> f\u00f6r att \u00f6ka tillg\u00e4ngligheten f\u00f6r laddning under f\u00e4rd och destinationsladdning f\u00f6r fj\u00e4rrlastbilar. Med megawattladdning kommer operat\u00f6rerna att kunna erbjuda h\u00f6geffektsladdning under mycket korta tidsf\u00f6nster. Eftersom marknaden kan f\u00f6rv\u00e4nta sig en \u00f6verg\u00e5ngstid till full MCS-anv\u00e4ndning tror Kempower p\u00e5 en kombinerad MCS\/CCS-strategi. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r kommer den nya Kempower Mega Satellite att finnas tillg\u00e4nglig som 1500A MCS respektive 700A h\u00f6geffekts CCS-konfiguration.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det kommer att vara enkelt att integrera Kempowers MCS i laddplatser. V\u00e5ra befintliga kunder med 600 kW-kraftaggregat kan uppgradera sina laddplatser till megawattladdning utan att installera ny laddinfrastruktur fr\u00e5n grunden, genom att l\u00e4gga till ytterligare ett 600 kW-kraftaggregat till sina platser. Kunderna kan sedan ansluta den nya <a href=\"\">Kempower Mega Satellite<\/a> till tv\u00e5 600 kW-kraftaggregat f\u00f6r att omedelbart l\u00e5sa upp megawattladdning p\u00e5 upp till 1,2 megawatt f\u00f6r eldrivna lastbilar. Systemet kommer ocks\u00e5 att vara kompatibelt med v\u00e5r teknik f\u00f6r dynamisk kraftdelning, vilket g\u00f6r v\u00e5ra l\u00f6sningar mer flexibla \u00e4n n\u00e5gonsin. De f\u00f6rsta Mega Satellites kommer att levereras senare under 2024, s\u00e5 det \u00e4r n\u00e5got att t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 n\u00e4r man best\u00e4mmer sig f\u00f6r att bygga en framtidss\u00e4ker laddplats.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Vilken l\u00f6sning \u00e4r b\u00e4st f\u00f6r min situation? <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nu n\u00e4r vi har klargjort de vanligaste laddningsscenarierna och g\u00e5tt igenom varf\u00f6r Kempowers l\u00f6sningar \u00e4r idealiska f\u00f6r lastbilsladdning, vilken laddningsstrategi f\u00f6r elbilar \u00e4r d\u00e5 b\u00e4st f\u00f6r varje scenario? Det varierar naturligtvis n\u00e5got beroende p\u00e5 situationen, men vi rekommenderar:  <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Laddning \u00f6ver natten<\/strong> &#8211; Beroende p\u00e5 utrymmet anv\u00e4nds antingen <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/sv\/solution\/kempower-power-unit\/\">Kempower-styrenheten<\/a> med manuell eller automatisk kabelhantering eller <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/sv\/solution\/kempower-satellite\/\">Kempower-satelliter<\/a> p\u00e5 marken.
