Resultaten fr\u00e5n \u00f6ver 13 miljoner laddningssessioner ligger till grund f\u00f6r datadrivna f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar av Kempowers h\u00e5rdvara och mjukvara f\u00f6r laddning och de r\u00e5d vi ger till partners och kunder. <\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Den h\u00e4r bloggen kommer att dyka ner i Kempowers data om laddningsframg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r att visa hur datadrivna f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttringar kan bidra till att<\/em> <em>optimera tillf\u00f6rlitligheten hos laddningen av elbilar.<\/em> <em>Den inneh\u00e5ller ocks\u00e5 en guide f\u00f6r CPO:er om hur man optimerar laddningsupplevelsen f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra laddarens tillf\u00f6rlitlighet och locka fler kunder till sin laddplats f\u00f6r elbilar.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>Obs: F\u00f6r att f\u00f6rst\u00e5 vad varje typ av framg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r laddare inneb\u00e4r, l\u00e4s det f\u00f6rsta blogginl\u00e4gget i v\u00e5r serie om framg\u00e5ng f\u00f6r laddning av offentliga laddare.<\/em> <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hur man prioriterar anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nlighet vid utformning av laddning av elbilar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Som vi konstaterade i v\u00e5r tidigare blogg utg\u00f6r fel som orsakas av elbilsf\u00f6rare 81% av laddningsfelen, vilket g\u00f6r det till en prioritet att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nligheten i laddningsprocessen. ~Cirka 75,7 % av anv\u00e4ndarfelen beror p\u00e5 misslyckad autentisering och cirka 13,8 % p\u00e5 felaktigt anslutna laddkablar. Det \u00e4r uppenbart att nyckeln till att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra anv\u00e4ndbarheten \u00e4r att minska antalet fel som beror p\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndarnas f\u00f6rsumlighet genom att g\u00f6ra laddningsprocessen enklare att f\u00f6rst\u00e5. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vad Kempower g\u00f6r:<\/strong> Vi har vidtagit \u00e5tg\u00e4rder f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rb\u00e4ttra anv\u00e4ndbarheten f\u00f6r laddningsappar f\u00f6r elbilar och optimera Kempower-laddarnas anv\u00e4ndargr\u00e4nssnitt s\u00e5 att det blir s\u00e5 intuitivt som m\u00f6jligt, till exempel genom att p\u00e5minna slutanv\u00e4ndaren om att kontrollera att laddningssessionen har startat innan man l\u00e4mnar laddplatsen. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vad CPO:er kan g\u00f6ra:<\/strong> Eftersom s\u00e5 m\u00e5nga fel p\u00e5 laddare f\u00f6r elbilar beror p\u00e5 fel hos slutanv\u00e4ndaren \u00e4r det viktigt att kunderna tydligt visar hur man anv\u00e4nder laddstationen p\u00e5 r\u00e4tt s\u00e4tt. Det inneb\u00e4r att man v\u00e4ljer en leverant\u00f6r av laddningsappar som s\u00e4tter anv\u00e4ndarupplevelsen i centrum. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>S\u00e5 h\u00e4r minskar du tekniska fel vid laddningsstationer f\u00f6r elbilar<\/strong> <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>De flesta av de tekniska problem som vi har identifierat vid laddstationer f\u00f6r elfordon kr\u00e4ver \u00e5tg\u00e4rder fr\u00e5n laddtillverkare, CPO:er och elfordonsf\u00f6rare sj\u00e4lva. N\u00e4r vi unders\u00f6kte orsakerna till tekniska fel fann vi att de tv\u00e5 vanligaste felen var l\u00e5sningsproblem (~44,1 % av alla tekniska fel) och kommunikationsproblem (~47,1 % av alla tekniska fel). F\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa dessa problem kr\u00e4vs en samarbetsstrategi.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Vad Kempower g\u00f6r: <\/strong>Efter att f\u00f6rst ha analyserat dessa resultat experimenterade vi med pluggar fr\u00e5n flera olika tillverkare innan vi valde v\u00e5r prim\u00e4ra leverant\u00f6r baserat p\u00e5 pluggl\u00e5sets utformning. F\u00f6r att l\u00f6sa det h\u00e4r problemet r\u00e5der vi v\u00e5ra kunder att g\u00f6ra sin laddningsflotta s\u00e5 anv\u00e4ndarv\u00e4nlig som m\u00f6jligt genom att v\u00e4gleda operat\u00f6rerna att f\u00f6redra genomfartsladdare framf\u00f6r traditionell parkering. Vi rekommenderar ocks\u00e5 att elbilsf\u00f6rare ska st\u00f6dja kontakten n\u00e4r de ansluter f\u00f6r att f\u00f6rhindra l\u00e5sningsproblem p\u00e5 grund av anv\u00e4ndarfel.   N\u00e4r vi testade detta genom att l\u00e4gga till instruktioner i appar f\u00f6r laddning av elbilar och s\u00e4tta upp f\u00f6rklarande klisterm\u00e4rken p\u00e5 Kempowers laddningsstationer minskade antalet problem med l\u00e5sning med cirka 10 %. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Hur man garanterar tillg\u00e5ng till laddning av elbilar<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Tillg\u00e4nglighet f\u00f6r laddning \u00e4r avg\u00f6rande f\u00f6r att alla andra priser ska bli framg\u00e5ngsrika.
