Men nu \u00e4r vi ett b\u00f6rsnoterat f\u00f6retag, med en oms\u00e4ttning p\u00e5 200 miljoner euro redan i \u00e5r och ett team p\u00e5 \u00f6ver 600 Kempowerianer.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r extraordin\u00e4ra tillv\u00e4xt p\u00e5 s\u00e5 kort tid \u00e4r ingen tillf\u00e4llighet &#8211; det \u00e4r resultatet av ett engagerat teams h\u00e5rda arbete och en rigor\u00f6s framf\u00f6rh\u00e5llning. Hur fantastisk denna snabba tillv\u00e4xtresa \u00e4n har varit f\u00f6r mig, har den inte heller varit l\u00e4tt. Jag har utvecklats i takt med verksamheten, vilket har gett mig v\u00e4rdefulla insikter om ledarskap som jag g\u00e4rna vill dela med mig av till dig.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Att ta det f\u00f6rsta steget<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00e4r jag f\u00f6rst fick samtalet d\u00e4r jag erbj\u00f6ds m\u00f6jligheten att b\u00f6rja p\u00e5 Kempower arbetade jag redan i emobility-sektorn f\u00f6r ett danskt teknikf\u00f6retag i en global ledarroll. Jag hade ocks\u00e5 varit en del av uppstartsfasen innan ett stort f\u00f6retag f\u00f6rv\u00e4rvade v\u00e5rt finska f\u00f6retag inom elektriska drivlinor, s\u00e5 jag hade gott om erfarenhet som f\u00f6rberedde mig f\u00f6r rollen. Men jag var \u00e4nd\u00e5 tvungen att \u00f6verv\u00e4ga beslutet noga.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>F\u00f6r det f\u00f6rsta var jag os\u00e4ker p\u00e5 om jag ville arbeta f\u00f6r ett annat nystartat f\u00f6retag, eftersom jag hade upplevt den os\u00e4kerhet som f\u00f6retag uts\u00e4tts f\u00f6r i ett tidigt skede. Dessutom v\u00e4xte m\u00e5nga elektrifieringsf\u00f6retag fram vid den h\u00e4r tiden, och jag visste att inte alla skulle \u00f6verleva p\u00e5 en konkurrensutsatt marknad.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Men Kempower stod ut som n\u00e5got speciellt. Trots att det var ett nystartat f\u00f6retag hade det mer s\u00e4kerhet \u00e4n de flesta konkurrenterna tack vare att det var en del av Kemppi-familjen. Det fanns en stabil grund f\u00f6r ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt f\u00f6retag, till exempel r\u00e4tt verktyg f\u00f6r att locka till sig finansiering och st\u00f6dstrukturer som HR och ekonomi. Och d\u00e5 har jag inte ens n\u00e4mnt den sp\u00e4nnande tekniken \u00e4nnu! Jag var \u00f6vertygad om att Kempower skulle kunna f\u00f6rverkliga sin sp\u00e4nnande potential och v\u00e4xa till ett ledande f\u00f6retag inom e-mobilitet. Att bli en del av f\u00f6retaget var en m\u00f6jlighet som jag inte kunde missa.       <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Planering f\u00f6r f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Vi har ett tales\u00e4tt p\u00e5 Kempower: &#8221;Ingenting \u00e4r konstant utom f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring.&#8221; Det \u00e4r n\u00e5got jag verkligen har f\u00e5tt uppleva under min tid h\u00e4r. Vi f\u00f6rst\u00e5r att f\u00f6r\u00e4ndring \u00e4r oundviklig, s\u00e5 vi vill vara de som driver den snarare \u00e4n att l\u00e5ta den styra oss.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Det g\u00f6r vi genom att l\u00e4gga upp strategier. Vi h\u00e5ller v\u00e5ra alternativ \u00f6ppna och planerar f\u00f6r alla positiva och negativa scenarier. Om en marknad till exempel inte v\u00e4xer s\u00e5 snabbt som vi f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5tt har vi en plan. \u00c5 andra sidan \u00e4r vi ocks\u00e5 beredda p\u00e5 en enorm tillv\u00e4xt p\u00e5 den marknaden. Det \u00e4r l\u00e4tt att bara fokusera p\u00e5 riskerna, men att planera fram\u00e5t p\u00e5 ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt s\u00e4tt inneb\u00e4r att planera f\u00f6r b\u00e5de bra och d\u00e5liga eventualiteter.      <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag inser hur ovanligt det \u00e4r att tillverkningsf\u00f6retag v\u00e4xer s\u00e5 snabbt som vi har gjort, och vi \u00e4r inte n\u00f6jda med det. Det enda s\u00e4ttet att h\u00e5lla j\u00e4mna steg med den h\u00e4r snabba tillv\u00e4xten \u00e4r att planera fram\u00e5t.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Att oms\u00e4tta planer i handling<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5ra imponerande siffror kan f\u00e5 v\u00e5ra prestationer att se l\u00e4tta ut. Men vi kan \u00f6vervinna utmaningar och forts\u00e4tta att v\u00e4xa tack vare st\u00e4ndiga marknadsunders\u00f6kningar och f\u00f6rberedelser f\u00f6r alla eventualiteter.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ett exempel p\u00e5 hur v\u00e5ra planer testades var sommaren 2020 n\u00e4r vi drev v\u00e5r f\u00f6rsta stora bussdep\u00e5 i Malm\u00f6. Med \u00f6ver 90 snabbladdningspunkter fr\u00e5n Kempower p\u00e5 en och samma plats var det <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/news\/nordics-electric-bus-depot-kempower\/\">den st\u00f6rsta dep\u00e5n f\u00f6r elbussar i Norden n\u00e4r den \u00f6ppnade.<\/a> Detta var en av v\u00e5ra milstolpar. Men det skedde under coronarestriktionerna, vilket innebar att vi var tvungna att drifts\u00e4tta den helt p\u00e5 distans fr\u00e5n Finland. Det faktum att vi lyckades rulla ut detta viktiga projekt, efter att ha f\u00e5tt en rej\u00e4l motg\u00e5ng i form av en global pandemi, \u00e4r ett bevis p\u00e5 v\u00e5r f\u00f6rm\u00e5ga att planera fram\u00e5t.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Faktum \u00e4r att vi fortfarande st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r f\u00f6ljderna av de st\u00f6rningar i de globala leveranskedjorna som orsakades av covid-19-pandemin, med komponentbrist som p\u00e5verkar tillverkare \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden. Vi f\u00f6ruts\u00e5g dock denna utveckling tack vare v\u00e5r strategi och har kunnat anpassa v\u00e5ra planer f\u00f6r att s\u00e4kerst\u00e4lla att vi kan forts\u00e4tta att leverera enligt v\u00e5ra l\u00f6ften till kunderna.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Skapa ett framg\u00e5ngsrikt team<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>En annan utmaning som vi st\u00e5r inf\u00f6r som snabbv\u00e4xande f\u00f6retag \u00e4r att anst\u00e4lla r\u00e4tt personal. Det \u00e4r en stor utmaning i den takt som vi v\u00e4xer. Vi har tv\u00e5 nya fabriker som \u00f6ppnar i Europa och Nordamerika bara i \u00e5r, s\u00e5 vi m\u00e5ste bygga upp helt nya team. Vi \u00e4r dock fast beslutna att inte kompromissa n\u00e4r det g\u00e4ller att hitta r\u00e4tt Kempowerianer till v\u00e5rt team.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>V\u00e5r rekryteringsstrategi \u00e4r mycket fokuserad. Vi prioriterar att hitta personer som matchar v\u00e5ra v\u00e4rderingar och delar v\u00e5rt ambiti\u00f6sa m\u00e5l att skala upp snabbt. D\u00e4rf\u00f6r best\u00e5r v\u00e5rt team av personer som \u00e4lskar tanken p\u00e5 att driva tillv\u00e4xt och som alltid \u00e4r redo f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta steg. V\u00e5ra Kempowerians g\u00f6r v\u00e5rt f\u00f6retag, s\u00e5 vi \u00e4r fast beslutna att inte stressa fram v\u00e5ra anst\u00e4llningsbeslut och alltid h\u00e5lla oss till dessa kriterier.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Framg\u00e5ngen med v\u00e5r rekryteringsstrategi \u00e5terspeglas i <a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/news\/kempower-carnegie-sustainability-award\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">v\u00e5rt imponerande <\/a><a href=\"https:\/\/kempower.com\/news\/kempower-carnegie-sustainability-award\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">eNPS-resultat p\u00e5 70.<\/a> Jag tillskriver denna h\u00f6ga teamtillfredsst\u00e4llelse det faktum att alla i v\u00e5rt team \u00e4r dedikerade till en gemensam vision och i sin tur bel\u00f6nas genom att se frukterna av sitt arbete i v\u00e5r h\u00f6ga tillv\u00e4xt. N\u00e4r vi rekryterar f\u00f6r v\u00e4xande verksamheter kommer vi att forts\u00e4tta att h\u00e5lla fast vid dessa kriterier f\u00f6r att ytterligare st\u00f6dja denna tillv\u00e4xt.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>L\u00e4rdomar i ledarskap<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>I takt med att Kempower har utvecklats har jag ocks\u00e5 gjort det. N\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade ledde jag ett relativt litet team d\u00e4r jag k\u00e4nde alla vid namn och kunde vara delaktig i alla beslut som r\u00f6rde f\u00f6retaget. Idag best\u00e5r v\u00e5rt team av \u00f6ver 600 personer fr\u00e5n \u00f6ver 35 nationaliteter. Eftersom denna siffra forts\u00e4tter att v\u00e4xa kan jag helt enkelt inte vara lika involverad p\u00e5 daglig niv\u00e5 som jag en g\u00e5ng var.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Att sl\u00e4ppa taget om vissa ansvarsomr\u00e5den har varit en utmaning, eftersom jag naturligtvis vill vara s\u00e5 involverad som m\u00f6jligt. Men jag har varit tvungen att l\u00e4ra mig att sl\u00e4ppa taget. Lyckligtvis har jag byggt upp ett team som jag kan lita helt och h\u00e5llet p\u00e5, vilket inneb\u00e4r att jag kan lita fullt ut p\u00e5 att min ledningsgrupp fattar de avg\u00f6rande beslut som jag gjorde tidigare.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Efter att ha l\u00e4mnat ifr\u00e5n mig en del ansvar ser jag hur Kempower-teamet l\u00f6ser problem utan min inblandning. Det \u00e4r fantastiskt att se hur verksamheten sk\u00f6ter sig sj\u00e4lv och att de strukturer som vi har arbetat s\u00e5 h\u00e5rt med att finslipa fungerar. Det g\u00f6r att jag kan fokusera p\u00e5 helheten och planera f\u00f6r framtiden.    <\/p>\n\n\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Redo f\u00f6r n\u00e4sta tillv\u00e4xtperiod<\/strong> <\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>Jag vill g\u00e4rna t\u00e4nka p\u00e5 Kempower som ett litet barn n\u00e4r jag b\u00f6rjade. Det hade en stark potential men beh\u00f6vde omsorgsfull v\u00e5rd f\u00f6r att v\u00e4xa till ett fullfj\u00e4drat f\u00f6retag. Nu \u00e4r det p\u00e5 v\u00e4g in i vuxenlivet och n\u00e5r full mognad. Att det har g\u00e5tt s\u00e5 snabbt \u00e4r ett bevis p\u00e5 det gedigna team vi har byggt upp, de strukturer vi har inf\u00f6rt och v\u00e5r str\u00e4van att alltid planera fram\u00e5t.     <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ingen kan f\u00f6rutse exakt hur framtiden kommer att se ut.
