Power Module
The Power Module V2 supplies the Kempower Station Charger, and the Kempower Power Unit providing charging power to the charging outputs of the Kempower Satellite system. Kempower’s next-generation charger platform, equipped with silicon carbide (SiC) technology and Power Module V2, extends the company’s product portfolio of DC fast-charging solutions. This charging platform provides superior performance to enhance the EV charging experience.

Kempower Power Module benefits V2
The Kempower Power Modules are used in Power Unit and Station Charger, to provide 50 kW of charging power each, to Kempower Satellites and other charging outputs, dynamically, in 25 kW increments.
Up to 12 Power Modules can be installed in the Kempower Power Unit with three cabinets providing up to 600 kW of total charging power. The Station Charger can be equipped with up to 8 Power Modules, providing up to 400 kW of total charging power.
Kempower next-generation Charger Platform with Power Module V2 is available with new Kempower Power Unit in the Satellite charging system, and for Kempower Station Charger orders.
Superior performance with Power Module V2
Kempower Power Module V2 increases charging efficiency with a power factor of up to 0.99. This helps reduce electrical infrastructure costs while delivering the same charging power to electric vehicles.
Other benefits include improved electrical compatibility with existing site locations while contributing to increased grid resilience for large EV charger deployments.
In addition, Kempower’s Charger Platform with Power Module V2 complies with all relevant international safety, EMC and radio equipment standards.
