Kempower Continues to Advance EV Charging Technology in the First Half of 2026 

As the electric vehicle market evolves, charging operators need solutions that maximize uptime, adapt to changing demand, and protect their investment. During the first half of 2026, Kempower continued to deliver new technology, software, and customer deployments designed to help operators grow more efficiently and prepare for the next generation of electric transportation.

While market conditions continued to evolve throughout the second quarter, Kempower expanded its customer base with 14 new customers globally, including two in North America, demonstrating continued demand for reliable, scalable charging solutions.

Key customer wins include a charging site expansion with Blink Charging to deploy fast-charging infrastructure across 14 sites along the U.S. East Coast, bringing user-friendly charging closer to everyday EV drivers. We also celebrated the opening of EV Realty’s major truck charging hub in San Bernardino, California, featuring 74 Kempower Satellites and two Kempower Mega Satellites to support medium- and heavy-duty fleet operations along one of the nation’s busiest freight corridors. Together, these projects demonstrate how scalable charging technology can support customer needs as electrification continues to grow. 

Kempower also delivered technology and hardware innovation that drove electrification forward in Q2. The Kempower Mega Satellite Flex is the first Kempower dispenser capable of supporting both high-power CCS and MCS charging, and the first customer deliveries are underway. The solution, which helps reduce charging times, improve fleet uptime, and lower total cost of ownership, is compatible with both new and existing Kempower distributed charging systems. Kempower also introduced ChargEye Analytics, expanding its ChargEye software platform with new network-wide analytics capabilities. The dashboard gives operators greater visibility into charging network performance, helping identify trends, improve utilization, reduce downtime, and make data-driven operational decisions. 

Sustainability remains a key priority for us. During H1, we reached many exciting milestones. Chargers made by Kempower have now delivered over 2 billion kWh of energy — a milestone that reflects the scale of our global impact. We also surpassed 50 million charging sessions across our network, now spanning 67 countries worldwide. Just a year ago, we crossed 1 billion kWh delivered and 26 million charging sessions. That means our chargers delivered as much energy in the past twelve months as in all of Kempower’s history combined.

Additional Kempower Group H1 key figures:  

• Order intake increased by 4% to 138.8 million euros.  
• Acquired fourteen new customers, two in North America.  
• Revenue increased by 28% to 135.5 million euros.
