Kempower is placed in the top 50 most attractive Finnish employers for engineering professionals by Universum

Kempower has been included in Universum’s Most Attractive Employers 2025, Professionals Ranking, for the first time, positioning 44th out of the 100 most attractive Finnish employers for engineering professionals and 88th out of the 100 most attractive Finnish employers for natural sciences professionals.

Every year, Universum surveys thousands of working professionals across Finland. This year, over 6,000 professionals shared their views on which employers they find most attractive, which attributes they’re looking for in current and future employers, and their preferences when it comes to industries and expected salaries.

For the first time in the survey, Kempower was highly positioned as the 45^th among engineering professionals, and the 88^th for natural sciences professionals out of the 100 most attractive employers in Finland. The respondents connected Kempower with attributes such as meaningful mission, competitive salary and a good reference for future career.  

Kempower has forged its path to ranking on the list by investing heavily in knowledge, education, training and innovation, seeing them as critical elements to help drive the success of the company.

Earlier this year, Kempower was included in Universum’s Student Rankings 2025 for the first time, ranking 45th out of the 100 most attractive Finnish employers for engineering students and 59th out of the 100 most attractive Finnish employers for natural sciences students.
