In rare cases, where charger repair is needed – contact Kempower Service team for assistance.

It is essential to follow the preventive maintenance plan for Kempower charging equipment to ensure it maintains the same performance as when new.

Please note that only authorized and trained personnel with the appropriate skill sets and permits are allowed to perform annual maintenance on Kempower charging systems. The interval for annual maintenance activities depends on usage and environmental factors.
