Climate and environment
Our business enables the decarbonization of transport. In our operations we follow Science Based Targets (SBT) and GHG Protocol methodologies in managing Scope 2 and Scope 3 emissions. Our sustainability reporting is aligned with CSRD and ESRS requirements.
People and value chain
We promote a safe and inclusive workplace and integrate sustainability requirements across our value chain through supplier standards, ESG risk management, and ongoing engagement.
Governance and transparency
Sustainability is embedded in our governance and risk management with reporting aligned with the EU Taxonomy, CSRD, and ESRS standards and subject to limited external assurance.

Whistleblowing center
Kempower is committed to transparency and ethical business practices. This whistleblowing channel enables employees and external stakeholders to report suspected misconduct, breaches of laws, or violations of company policies. All reports are handled in accordance with our Whistleblowing Protection Policy. Reports can be submitted confidentially and, where permitted by law, anonymously. Individuals who report concerns in good faith are protected from retaliation.
