Kempower AC Satellite is AFIR compliant

Kempower AC Satellite with a AFIR compliant payment terminal (like Worldline Valina or Payter Apollo ) is a solution that is fully compliant with European Union’s AFIR regulations, ensuring that customers have access to reliable and efficient EV charging solutions that meet the latest standards. With Kempower, you can be confident in the quality and compliance of your EV infrastructure.

Standalone EV chargers for hybrid and fully electric vehicles

Designed for charging small EVs and plug-in hybrids, the Kempower AC Satellites handle AC to DC conversion on board the vehicles.

Use the AC Satellites for destination charging or as a complementary service at places like malls or hotel parking lots. ​

Two variants are available: one with two Type 2 AC sockets and a more user-friendly version with two integrated charging cables featuring Type 2 AC plugs. Both models include an integrated, MID-approved Class B energy meter for public charging services.​

Both AC Satellite versions feature the acclaimed user interface of the Kempower Satellite. The AC Satellite with charging cables includes the same unique cable support system found in the Kempower Satellites. ​

The Kempower AC Satellite is always supplied with a double charging point structure, requiring two separate 3 x 32 A AC supply cables with RCD upstream on the low voltage panel. To maximize the potential, we recommend using the Kempower AC Satellites in indexed parking lots.​

Connected to Kempower ChargEye, the AC Satellites offer remote control and performance monitoring. ​

With an identical communication interface to the Kempower Satellites, the AC Satellites seamlessly integrate into commercial charging services.​

Versatile payment solutions

Payter P66 – a trusted choice for secure transactions

The Payter P66 terminal seamlessly integrates with the Kempower Satellite, AC Satellite and Station Charger, catering to markets with less stringent customer authentication requirements. This terminal facilitates contactless payments with common credit cards, providing a convenient and efficient solution. With features such as a contactless card reader, magnetic stripe reader and chip reader, the P66 terminal ensures versatile payment processing for a wide range of users.

Smart payments and strong authentication with Payter Apollo

With a focus on strong customer authentication (SCA), the Payter Apollo terminal elevates the payment capabilities of the Kempower Satellite, AC Satellite and Station Charger. Featuring a contactless card reader, support for Visa and MasterCard and online PIN authentication, the Apollo system ensures secure transactions in the EU and Canada. The system’s robust design, including an IP65 rating and certifications from CE, FCC and ROHS, positions it as a trusted solution for modern payment needs.

Kempower’s unique cable support system makes cable handling a breeze. With it, EV drivers can effortlessly connect to AC chargers without retrieving their cable from the trunk.
