Our Satellite Charging System serves both low-voltage and high-voltage EVs, ensuring accessibility for all drivers at public charging as well as for electric fleets.

Versatile charging capabilities
The Kempower Satellite Charging System excels in performance. As standard, each Satellite can be equipped with CCS2 or CHAdeMO, with options for one or two charging plugs. For North America, CCS1 and NACS are also offered.
For public charging needs, the Kempower Satellites can be equipped with DC energy meters and payment terminals.
Charging System for superior performance
The Kempower Power Unit feeds the Satellites with up to 1,200 kW of total power. Each power module is 50 kW, working in 25 kW granularity. The modular design allows for a gradual increase in the number of installed power modules, ranging from 1 to 12 pieces in a triple-cabinet version.
Designed for indoor and outdoor use, both the Power Unit and Satellites feature a weatherproof body and coated electronics for reliable operation anywhere.

The Kempower Satellite, Kempower Station Charger and Kempower Mega Satellite CCS2 can all be equipped with the Payter Apollo payment terminal. Apollo is EMV‑certified payment terminal built for EV charging, offering seamless contactless payments and secure PIN-on-glass entry. It has 3.5” IPS touchscreen and reliable outdoor performance with IP65 and IK09 protection.

Castles S1U2
The Kempower Satellite and Kempower Station Charger can be equipped with the Castles S1U2 payment terminal. Castles S1U2 is a EMV‑certified payment terminal designed for EV charging environments, offering seamless contactless, chip and magstripe payments with secure PIN-on-glass entry. Its durable design features a 5” capacitive touchscreen, IP65 weather protection, and IK10 impact resistance.
Castles S1U2 is available in two deployment models:
Worldline Castles S1U2‑integrated mode — delivered pre‑configured to operate with Worldline as the payment service provider
Ready for Castles S1U2 — delivered ready for customer to install and onboard terminal from any payment service provider of choice

You can connect up to 8 Satellites, and up to 12 to a 450 kW or 600 kW Power Unit. The Power Unit feeds the Satellites with up to 1,200 kW of total power and shares it dynamically between them in 25 kW granularity. Each power module provides 50 kW, and a triple-cabinet Power Unit takes 1 to 12 modules, so capacity can be increased gradually as demand grows.
As standard, each Satellite can be equipped with CCS2 or CHAdeMO, with the option of one or two charging plugs. CCS1 and NACS connectors are also offered for North America.
